Quickstart
The fastest path from signup to first qualified conversation. If you follow this page end to end, you'll have a live widget running in about ten minutes.
1. Create your account
Head to quincer.com/register and sign in with Google. Quincer uses Google OAuth exclusively, so there are no passwords to set. The account is free and includes a full Starter trial.
Your workspace is created automatically on first sign-in. You become the workspace owner.
2. Complete onboarding
Right after signup, Quincer walks you through a short setup wizard. You can skip any step and come back later from Settings.
- Tell us about your business. A one-line description and your primary website. This becomes the seed for knowledge-base ingestion.
- Pick a goal. Options include Book more demos, Qualify leads, Deflect support tickets, and Mixed. Quincer pre-configures a matching persona and BANT defaults.
- Let us ingest your site. Paste your homepage URL and Quincer crawls a handful of key pages to build an initial knowledge base. This takes 30–60 seconds.
3. Pick a persona template
Go to Personas in the sidebar. You'll see a pre-built persona called Default. Edit it or click + New Persona to pick from templates like Sales SDR, Support, Pricing, or E-commerce. Each template ships with a tone, a BANT profile, and a suggested greeting.

4. Review your knowledge base
Open Knowledge. You'll see the Q&A pairs Quincer extracted during onboarding. Edit, delete, or add your own. You can also:
- Click Import URL to ingest another page.
- Click Upload Document to drop in a PDF, DOCX, or TXT.
- Click + Add Q&A to write a pair manually.

5. Connect your first integration
Open Integrations. The most popular starting point is HubSpot, which auto-syncs every qualified conversation as a contact and deal. Click Connect next to HubSpot and follow the OAuth flow.

6. Deploy the widget
Open Widget → Deploy. If this is your first deploy, Quincer automatically generates a production API key for you. Copy the script tag:

7. Verify the first conversation
Load your website in a fresh browser tab. You should see the chat bubble in the bottom right within a second. Send a test message. Within a few seconds, it should appear under Conversations in the dashboard with the visitor's IP, user agent, and a live BANT score.
That's it. The widget is live and every visitor conversation now gets scored, routed, and synced automatically.
