Team & roles

Invite your sales, support, and marketing teammates. Each person gets a role that controls what they can see and change. Meeting-routing rules point at specific teammates by default.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Team in the dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click + Invite.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated) and pick a role.
  4. Optional: assign territories or personas right now, or do it later.
  5. Click Send invite. They'll get an email with a one-click accept link.

Roles

RoleCan do
Owner Everything, including billing, deleting the workspace, and transferring ownership. There's always exactly one owner.
Admin Everything except billing and ownership transfer. Can invite, remove, and change roles for anyone below owner.
Editor Configure personas, knowledge base, integrations, playbook. Cannot invite or change roles.
Agent Use the inbox (live chat, notes), view conversations and leads, receive routed meetings. Cannot change configuration.
Viewer Read-only access to conversations, leads, and analytics. No writes anywhere.

Territories

Territories are how meeting routing decides which teammate to assign. Open Playbook → Routing to set them up. A territory is a named bundle of rules like:

Assign one or more teammates to each territory. Within a territory, Quincer round-robins and skips anyone OOO.

Availability & OOO

Each teammate can set their working hours and OOO windows from Settings → My availability. Quincer skips anyone outside their hours or on OOO when routing meetings.

Viewers don't count against the seat cap. Adding a seat beyond your plan limit triggers a billing prompt to upgrade.

Removing access

  1. Open Team.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the teammate and pick Remove.
  3. Quincer revokes their session immediately and unassigns them from any routing rules. Their past actions remain on record.

Transferring ownership

Only the current owner can do this. Open Settings → Workspace → Transfer ownership, pick an admin, and confirm. You're demoted to admin immediately; the new owner inherits all billing authority.
